EMERALD PLACE

While new build properties can throw up a number of design challenges they also offer an opportunity to create a garden design from a blank canvas.

The brief for this garden design project based in Bishop's Cleeve near Cheltenham was to create a functional outdoor space that could be used by the whole family throughout the year. To do this I used strong geometric shapes to unify the house and garden and then divided the garden into separate areas. This created a journey through the garden and allowed me to incorporate many elements of the client's extensive wish list.

Having moved into a new build with a blank canvas for a garden we spoke to Emma to help give us some ideas. Emma was able to understand what we were wanted to achieve and translated this into a beautiful garden design which incorporated all of the key features we were after and exceeded our expectations. Emma knew we wanted to do the work ourselves and continues to offer support and guidance whenever needed. We are thrilled with Emma's Design and look forward to completing the work and enjoying our Garden.
